Professional Development
SOSWE hosts a variety of professional development events, which are intended to provide members exclusive opportunities to grow professionally and as an individual, helping members achieve the careers they desire. Examples of past events include professional etiquette workshops, goal setting seminars, listen & learn lectures, and site tours.

Partnership Opportunities
SOSWE invites you to partner with us to support our professional development, outreach, and networking programming. SOSWE has done several collaborative events with local companies, universities, and affinity groups, such as site tours, presentations about South Ohio SWE activities and membership, networking events, and panels on diversity.
